HOW MUCH DOES A VISIT COST?
The membership fee is for ongoing primary care services, there is no additional fee per visit. Your visits, phone calls, emails, texts, telemedicine visits, etc. are included with membership. The only additional fees that you may encounter would be for labs, medications or supplies for procedures, which are all offered at cost.

*You can use insurance coverage for labs if you wish by having them drawn at a lab of your choosing, but pricing through the practice is transparent and quite low. Click here for sample of lab test pricing for members.
WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?
One-time onboarding/enrollment fee: $100

Membership for an individual:
$110 per month

When added to at least one adult membership:

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
No. PFM is a direct primary care practice, meaning it is subscription based and does not participate with any insurance providers. Any labs done outside the practice, imaging or prescriptions ordered, or visits with specialists Dr. Kepple might refer you for could be covered under your insurance. Dr. Kepple strongly recommends maintaining health insurance, even if it is a high deductible plan, or enrolling in a health share to cover expenses in the event of an emergency or complex serious illness.
HOW WILL I COMMUNICATEÂ WITH MY DOCTOR?
You you will always be able to reach Dr. Kepple by phone, text or email and typically expect a response within 24 hours or by the next office day, and many primary care needs can be handled remotely. Appointments for routine office visits can be scheduled by calling the office.

The office is located at:
20B John Marshall Street

HOW DO I ENROLL?
Give us a call or email! We'll start by scheduling a free of cost meet and greet session (typically via phone or virtual platform) to discuss your individual needs and expectations and ensure a good doctor-patient fit. You would then be emailed a link for new patient enrollment directly.
WHAT DOES "D.O." MEAN?
DO stands for Doctor of Osteopathy. DO's are fully licensed physicians that practice whole person care.
Dr. Kepple is trained in family medicine, but there are DO's practicing in all specialties. Click here to learn more.
